Nick built up Julia's banana bread a lot. I was worried that Brittany would be disappointed. But once again, Julia came through. It is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten.
After getting some banana bread, we went to Olivine Pools. On of our other favorite places on the island. We laid Wembley down and went exploring. We found crabs and seashells, a huge blowhole, starfish, and some crazy looking fish. We also went swimming in the swim holes.
I was kind of bummed looking at the pictures after because they definitely do not capture the beauty.
Not sure what day this is from, but one of the many times at the beach.
On Sunday, after attempting to go to church, we drove the road to Hana. Worst decision ever. I will never do that again. Especially with two little kids.
The major destination was pretty cool however. We went to the seven sacred pools and went swimming.
This was by far the coldest water we had felt on the island.
I even took Wembley in the water and she loved it.
Brit, Nick, and Briz also went and explored another waterfall.
One afternoon (while I was working), they went paddleboarding.
And then of course, Nick spent an inordinate amount of time boogie boarding. Him and Brittany went up to the north shore of the island where the big waves are, and I think Nick scared the you know what out of Brittany. Apparently the waves were pretty intense.
